I understand that warranty claims require photographs of the alleged defect. I agree that my failure to provide requested photographs within seven (7) days of Aerial Wakeboarding's written request will be deemed a suspension of my warranty claim, and that my failure to provide them within thirty (30) days will be deemed an abandonment of my warranty claim. *
